Judge Napolitano warns that it is easier than ever for members of both parties to challenge Election Day results.
On Fox and Friends this morning, he said, “One of the reasons it’s easier than ever is because since Bush v. Gore in 2000 … the legal community has developed expertise in election law.”
He argued that lawyers from both sides have found “ingenious ways to challenge things so no matter how well it is going, no matter how smoothly it looks, whoever is losing has an opportunity to make a challenge.”
