Report: Mitt Romney Got 'Zero' Votes in Some Sections of Philadelphia
In some small sections of Philadelphia, President Obama reportedly received more than 99 percent of the votes on Election Day. Similar results were seen in predominately African-American populated areas of Chicago, with Obama getting close to every vote that was cast.
Today on America Live, James Rosen took a look at whether there could have been something amiss in those areas.
Fox News contributor Michael Barone said on Fox News Sunday that he does not find the vote totals "hard to believe." But he did express skepticism about areas of Philadelphia reporting turnout above 90 percent, which could be indicative of poorly managed voter rolls.
