This morning on Fox and Friends, Steve Doocy and legal analyst Peter Johnson Jr., spoke with a father whose son was killed two years ago in an accident involving an unlicensed illegal immigrant in San Francisco.
Don Rosenberg said that his 25-year-old son, Drew, a second-year law student, was riding his motorcycle home from school when he was struck by a car driven by Roberto Galo.
Rosenberg said that his son's injuries were made worse when Galo struck him again in his bid to flee the scene.
Galo was convicted of misdemeanor offenses, but he remains in the country.
