Michelle Malkin Takes Aim at Reporter Congratulating Obama During News Conference: 'Where Was Her Drool Bucket?'

Michelle Malkin was on Fox and Friends this morning to weigh in on President Obama's news conference, particularly one reporter taking a moment to congratulate him on his election victory.

Here's the relevant portion of the news conference:

CHRISTI PARSONS (REPORTER): Thank you, Mr. President, and congratulations by the way.

OBAMA: Thanks

QUESTION: One quick follow up…

OBAMA: She was there in — when I was running for state Senate, so…

QUESTION: That’s right, I was.

OBAMA: … Christi and I go back a ways.

QUESTION: I’ve never seen you lose.

(CROSSTALK)

QUESTION: I wasn’t looking that one time.

OBAMA: There you go.

(LAUGHTER)

Malkin said this exchange with Parsons, who works for the Chicago Tribune, is indicative of the kind of preferential treatment President Obama receives from the mainstream media.

"The lapdog media is at it again. They put the 'lap' in lapdog and they put the 'sick' in sycophant! Where was her drool bucket? That's what I want to know. But we've seen these kind of emotive public displays of really, I think, journalistic malpractice, and affection for their man in the White House," Malkin said.
