About a thousand protests were expected across the country by Walmart employees. According to a statement released by Walmart, only 26 protests took place and most of the participants were not even employees. This was reportedly Walmart’s best Black Friday to date, estimating it sold over 1.8 million
towels, 1.3 millions TVs, 1.3 million dolls, and 250,000 bicycles.
