WATCH: Brazil's "Ghost in an Elevator Prank" Goes Viral, Dubbed Scariest Prank Ever

The web has been heating up with video out of Brazil aired on "Programa Silvio Santos" of what many are calling the scariest prank ever ... and maybe the funniest too, at that. Megyn Kelly and her studio crew couldn't control their laughter after airing clips from the terrifying prank on the show Wednesday afternoon.

But now, one big question that still remains is whether or not the TV show crossed the line and could face legal backlash.
