"World's Fastest Reader" Takes on 154-Page Fiscal Cliff Bill in 3 Minutes
Howard Berg claims to be the "world's fastest reader" and today, the Your World favorite was once again put to the test, this time reading the 154-page bill voted on by Congress this week to avert the fiscal cliff.
Berg attempted to read the packed document in three minutes, but couldn't quite meet that mark - however, the seemingly the small amount of time is, Neil says, scarily close to the tiny allotment non-speed-reading lawmakers had before voting on the bill.
