It was almost exactly four years ago that a cold Megyn Kelly reported from the streets of Washington, D.C. ahead of President Obama's first inauguration. On today's America Live, Kelly shared one of her favorite moments from the coverage.

One woman Kelly interviewed as the massive crowd awaited the big event decided that she would take whatever measures necessary to make sure she'd be able to get a glimpse of the new president. She walked Megyn through each, well, layer of her preparedness.
