Couple Sues Wedding Photographer for Missing Their First Kiss

It’s the moment you’ve dreamt of and it’s finally here … “you may kiss the bride!” But what if the one person you’ve elected to capture the special moment misses it? That’s what happened to one couple and now they’re suing the photographer over it. Do they have a case?

Defense attorney Jonna Spilbor said on Fox and Friends, “Weddings just like marriages are unpredictable.”

The photographer claims it was the newlyweds fault

for going in for the kiss too quickly. Fox News legal analyst Arthur Aidala pointed out that with the ability to take several snapshots at once, that excuse can be thrown out the window.
