Lyn-Genet Recitas, Author of 'The Plan,' Details "Healthy" Foods That May Be Making You Fat

This morning on Fox and Friends, author Lyn-Genet Recitas discussed some popular healthy foods that could be preventing you from losing weight. Recitas' book, "The Plan," details the surprising list of foods that you might want to avoid.

The foods that Recitas points out, such as oatmeal and Greek yogurt, act as a trigger for weight gain and other health issues in many people over the age of 35.

Recitas went on to detail some main points of her plan for weight-loss, including

additional foods that might be a negative trigger, and how you can figure out at home whether your body is having a reaction to certain foods.
