SCARY VIDEO: Woman Passes Out Onto Subway Tracks

Authorities say a woman in Madrid could be lucky to be alive after she fainted on a subway platform, falling head first onto the tracks below. The terrifying incident was all caught on a security camera.

Luckily, a quick-thinking (and fast-moving) off-duty police officer was able to rescue her before a train entered the station.
