Hillary Clinton: Benghazi Attack Didn't Happen in a Vacuum

In her opening testimony given in Benghazi hearings on Capitol Hill on Wednesday, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton spoke about the challenge of combating instability throughout North Africa, saying that the attack on the U.S. Consulate didn't happen in a vacuum.
