READ: State Department's Accountability Review Board (ARB) Report on Benghazi Attack
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified earlier today before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Lawmakers are investigating the Sept. 11 terror attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, which killed four Americans.
She is continuing her testimony before the House Foreign Affairs Committee this afternoon. Countless times during the hearings, Clinton has referred to the State Department's Accountability Review Board (ARB) report that she ordered to be completed after the attack. The ARB report made 29 recommendations, calling the security measures in Benghazi "grossly inadequate."
