LATEST: Police Release Surveillance Video After Woman in Muslim Clothing Kidnaps Girl From Elementary School

Last week we told you about a shocking kidnapping in Philadelphia, where a five-year-old girl was abducted from her school by a woman wearing Muslim garb. Police have now released surveillance video in hopes of locating the woman who signed the little girl out of William Bryant Elementary School.

Police say the woman, who was covered in black from head to toe, met up with a man a few blocks away, and they brought the girl to a nearby house. The girl was later found in a park, wearing only a T-shirt in the freezing cold.
