Former president George H.W. Bush appears to be doing better after his recent health scare.
An NBC News reporter snapped this picture of the 88-year-old Bush at a Houston restaurant over the weekend. It's the first time Bush has been seen in public since spending nearly two months in the hospital with a stubborn case of bronchitis. He was released Jan. 14.
