Prosecutors Could Begin Cross Examination of Jodi Arias Today
More dramatic testimony is expected in the trial of Jodi Arias today. The 32-year-old is charged with brutally slaying ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander.
Arias originally asserted that she had no knowledge of the crime, but has since admitted that she did indeed kill Alexander, but did so in self defense.
She took the witness stand yesterday with the defense trying to portray the fact that she remained level-headed while enduring abuse both from her parents and ex-boyfriends.
Cross examination from prosecutors could begin as early as this afternoon. Prosecutors are expected to go after her as someone who methodically planned this murder, and question why if the crime was committed in self defense, Arias stabbed Alexander 26 times and shot him in the head.
