Kelly's Court Debate: Will Alec Baldwin Be Charged With a Hate Crime?

Alec Baldwin could possibly face hate crime charges. The actor’s the focus of an investigation by the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force after he allegedly spewed a racial slur at a NY Post photographer.

Earlier this week, Baldwin got into an argument outside of his apartment building with a reporter and a photographer. The photographer is a black, retired NYPD detective who alleges that Baldwin used a racial slur and also called him a “drug dealer” and a “crack head.”

Baldwin strongly denies the claims.
