Reward Money Offered for Garrett Hand and Jamie Neal, California Couple Missing in Peru

Friends of a California couple have started a reward fund in hopes of locating Garrett Hand and Jamie Neal, who disappeared while biking through Peru.

The Pedaler Bike Shop in El Sobrante, California, where Neal worked, has since collected more than $3,000. The couple left in November on a six-month cycling trek through

South America, but no one has head from either of them in the past month.

The State Department says it's continuing to assist authorities with the search.
