Judge Napolitano Reacts to Possible Drone Sighting Near New York’s JFK Airport

The FBI is seeking the public’s help to identify what it believes was a model aircraft flying near New York’s JFK Airport. It was first reported by an Alitalia pilot and thought to be a drone.

Judge Andrew Napolitano weighed in on the Fox Business Network, saying,

“If it was a drone sent by the government, it was a government inside the United States of America or outside the United States of America not communicating with the FAA.”

The judge further commented on the increased use of drones by the U.S. government, saying, “The White House wants to use drones for killing! Under no circumstances can the White House do this consistent with the Constitution.”
