Boy Who Lived in 'Amityville Horror House' Breaks His Silence
For the first time in 40 years, 47-year-old Danny Lutz, who lived in the infamous Amityville horror house when he was a boy, is breaking his silence. His parents bought the New York house in 1976, 13 months after a 23-year-old man shot and killed his parents and four younger siblings there.
As soon as Lutz and his family moved in, they claim they saw
objects flying across the house, green slime oozing from the walls, and children levitating over their beds.
Lutz described a disturbing scene, saying, “When I went in there, there was probably 400 or 500 flies ... The entire family is standing there watching the garage door slam up and slam down and the dog is hanging himself.”
