Brett David Shadle Identified as Navy SEAL Killed in Parachute Accident
The identity of a Navy SEAL killed in a parachute accident has been identified as Brett David Shadle. The 31-year-old was a special warfare operator chief and a member of the elite Team 6 group. Friends say
he wanted to be a member of the SEALs since he was in the eighth grade. He was a married father of two children.
The parachute collision that killed Shadle and several others in Arizona on Thursday is now under investigation.
