Survey: 1 in 3 Women Remove Their Wedding Rings at Work, During Job Interviews
Would you remove your wedding ring if helped your career? According to a UK survey, one in three women remove their weddings rings during job interviews and at work. They believe wearing it damages their employment opportunities, and therefore removing the band helps them get ahead.

About 29 percent of the women surveyed say their remove their rings for a job interview, and 35 percent at work.
The study also found that 22 percent of women take it off when socializing, and half do it to appear single.
On the other hand, 51 percent of men remove their wedding rings when they go out to a bar.
