Xanax Found in Plastic Egg From MI School’s Easter Egg Hunt
A Michigan mom found a Xanax pill inside of an Easter egg that her daughter brought home from school.
Amber Pruchniewski says her 4-year-old daughter brought home several plastic eggs from an Easter egg hunt at Huron Park Elementary School in Roseville.
Pruchniewski was going through the contents of the eggs when she found the pill mixed in with some jelly beans.
Police believe that the pill was deliberately put in the egg as a potentially dangerous prank.
The eggs were donated to the school by staff and parents. According to WWJ-TV, the Roseville Community Schools superintendent said no other parents reported anything unusual in their children's eggs.
